4Insurance Sp. z o.o. has transferred to PREDICTURA Sp. z o.o. (in organization) the rights to the PREDICTURA application (including proprietary copyrights to the software and documentation as well as related know-how) under a transfer agreement dated 25 August 2025. PREDICTURA Sp. z o.o. (in organization) is the exclusive holder of these rights.

Product Development and Investor Search
Work is underway to expand the functionality of the application. PREDICTURA Sp. z o.o. (in organization) is engaged in discussions with potential investors.
